The Ushering Team of the Amazing Grace Parish works every service day to joyfully welcome God’s people to church. We serve in the capacity of doorkeepers and helpers to maintain godly order during service hours.
Our work is basically comprises the following:
1. Before the service starts: We see to the arrangement of the seats before worship starts, prepare the service bulletin and position ourselves to welcome God’s people to service.
2. During the service: Maintaining orderliness is central to our work, we also welcome first timers, make collecting bags available for offerings and givings, and see to the seating arrangement of the worshippers.
3. After service: We mostly clean up the worship centre, count collected offerings and many other necessary administrative dealings.
It is such a wonderful opportunity to welcome you to God’s presence as we fellowship together in love and faith unto our God.
